These kind of portacabins as the name suggests are made up of cement boards at outer side as well as inside. These can be painted in any color as needed. These portacabins can also have basic setups inside like office furniture, pantry and toilets.

The only drawback of these kind of portacabins is that these are not very sturdy as cement boards have lesser strength as compare to mild steel corrugated sheets which are used in MS portacabins.

Cement board portacabins are mostly used in making security guard cabins for residential colonies/ societies etc where once these are put are hardly moved for many years. This way these result in better life.
